They are hard to use , allot of prequalifying and runs arounds with referrals , but once you get to the actual healthcare with someone who accepts the insurance they are fairly good with coverage, ample health and workout benefits for when you feel up to using them , so far one of my favorite healthcare providers i have had a choice to use .

When I need help about my prescription in which the pharmacy refused to give me. I called the office of Silver Summit Healthplan and somebody politely answered my call and she called the Pharmacy on that moment and I got my prescription right away. Thanks for the fastest action they gave me.

Downright EVIL company. They try as hard as possible to prevent you from getting the treatment and care you need! They purposefully mislabel doctors on their website, and many places they claim you are covered for, are simply not, or, there is a "complication", such as you are covered to TALK to someone at a given practice, but are not covered for any treatment or procedures at, and by the practice.
