I was with USAA for over 10 years! I asked Mr Aaron Bullard to review my policies to see if I was over paying. He gave me the exact same coverage and also saved me $2000 a year!!!! He is always available and replies to calls or emails within 24 hours!! Best customer service I have ever had with an insurance agent!

Working with Bob Rutter at Grandview Insurance has been a great experience. I have gone through 2 auto and 2 homeowners policies with him as well as moving to a new address. Bob is super friendly and really knows everything about the insurance industry and imparts that knowledge to the customer in a way that doesn’t make the customer feel like they are stupid or should know it already.
