Mike gets 5 starts. Installed new weatherstripping and did a full inspection on our door, screwdrive, chains, rollers and motor. Fixed a couple of small items at no additional cost and was honest about possible upgrade/repairs that might be needed down the road and did not red flag anything just to make an extra dollar. Would highly recommend Platinum over others in metro Atlanta.

I have had to replace the springs on my garage door 3xs. I was referred to Platinum by a family member. They… were incredibly professional, uniformed, showed up with a clean work vehicle, and they were highly efficient from the appointment settings to the technician who completed the work. He went above and beyond the order to replace my broken spring. This is a top notch operation. I highly recommend Platinum to anyone in NE Atlanta.

I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had with Platinum Overhead Door based in Atlanta. My Garage door spring broke after hours and the team from Platinum scheduled a repair time the following day at 10 AM. They are extremely professional, communicate pricing and repair work clearly, and completed the repair in under one hour. A big thank you to Tim and Mike for the quick turn around and professionalism. Do business with these guys. They are the best in Atlanta!
