I would like to appreciate Amir Karimi and his wonderful colleagues. I just called them and asked about cleaning and repair services. They came to the house and gave me their estimate and 25% discount. Indeed, they offered me free estimate. I enjoyed their knowledge of rugs. Eventually, I got my rugs professionally repaired and cleaned. Unbelievable! I would say they are truly expert in their jobs.

Albert and another rep came to our home in Tucson (Saddlebrooke) to give us a quote for cleaning our persian area rugs. We knew by their reviews that they do quality work. At first I was surprised by the expense to clean these rugs, but upon their return home, it was absolutely clear to us why we paid such prices for cleaning. They were sparkling clean, fresh and so colorful. Over the years, they had become soiled and dingy, really needed it. Some of the rugs were wool and some silk. They all came out beautifully! I highly recommend Karimi rugs for cleaning your rugs!

I am not a good judge of rugs but I'm a great judge of character and had fantastic customer service here. I had a rug appraised that I knew very little about and Mr. Amir was very kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a beautiful rug in this area or a helpful professional to clean or appraise your current rug. There is a plethora of selections to choose from in this quaint particular place.

WOW! After my brief phone chat and visit to Karimi rugs this morning, I am thoroughly impressed by their knowledge, helpfulness and professional demeanor. I have a kilim rug I knew nothing about, and after browsing local websites and calling a few places, I decided to stop into Karimi because Amir (the owner, I believe) had the best phone presence and was available and willing to answer my rug questions right away.
