A horrible experience with Jim Reckers! I've been watching a Cincinnati commercial building on Goodman Ave for awhile. My partner and I decided to make contact and ask some questions and set up a viewing. Jim was very slow to respond and then just totally ignored the last email. So, I called. It didn't take long to see that he was more interested in selling, which is understandable, instead of leasing... thus the reason for the slow responses to email and then being ignored. During the phone conversation instead of learning anything about me or my businesses it was a forceful sales
