When you visit JVI Secret Gardens, the first thing you notice is the amazing burst of color coming from our wide variety of plants. Plant Return: You may return a healthy plant within 3 days of purchase for full credit as long as the plant is in the same condition as you purchased it. Merchandise Return: You may return non-plant merchandise within thirty days of purchase for a full refund at the original purchase price. Perished Plant Warranty: You must bring the perished plant, with a root ball, to the garden center in order for us to determine the cause of the problem.
Water features make great additions to any backyard as they create serenity, and a feeling of peace, as well as creating a brilliant focal point. WATER FEATURES - The industry-wide and generally accepted term describing any interior or exterior landscape or architectural element whose primary focus is water.
Pond care should be relatively simple. With the skimmer system that we recommend, your time investment should be about 15 minutes a month. A skimmer is similar to what you would see at a pool. It is a covered vault with a basket in it with water flowing through it. It collects all the debris from the pond and holds it in the basket until you empty it.

What a great experience getting a holiday tree for your home. Each tree is named, you are offered complimentary hot chocolate while you shop, and you can even get a photo made with your new tree! The tree we got smells amazing and we can't wait to don the ornaments. No need to bring tools or rope, everything is included. Don't forget to tip your tree toter!

We absolutely love JVI Secret Gardens. They have done several jobs for us and I must say…… the best customer service everrrr! All of the employees went above and beyond on each job. They were tidy, efficient, great communication, knowledgeable about the product, and were a true pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough. Nashville needs more businesses like JVI!

The wait was long but ultimately worth it. Once the schedule firmed up, communication was very good. The crew worked hard to complete the water feature in three days. Travis, the foreman and visionary, created exactly what I hoped for. Considerable care was take to minimize damage to existing landscaping and my neighbors lawn which had to be traversed a short distance.

I had the pleasure of meeting 3 wonderful people today from JVI Secret Gardens. Jamie, Sonny & Montana, They came to replace my 25 year old pond with a New Fountain Sphere. They did a phenomenal job and it only took 4 hours. The price was right, and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. What a great job they did. Thank you so so much. My wife can't stop looking at it. We can wait until it gets dark and the lights come on. See some pics.
