First off, you call the number listed on the webpage, it always goes to voicemail and directs you to call a different number to speak with someone. You call that number and still no answer. The person at least texted me but I could never get on the phone with who I was speaking with. I had to ask several times to whom I was speaking to.
I called on a Wednesday for a Sunday event. I communicated with this person from Wednesday to Friday. They said no deposit required, at that point I wanted to call and speak with someone to make sure this was a legit business and we would be all set for Sunday

If i can give them no star at all i would. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. 1st they didnt even have my booking in records. We reserved it for 11am. And if i didnt call at 11am i wouldnt find out that they not coming at all cuz i wasnt in their records. So she said that they’ll send it still but its gonna be at 12:30pm and 1pm the latest. 1pm goes by and they still not here. So i called again to see where they at. And she said that its gonna be another 45mns!! My kid was so excited for this day specially bcuz of the bounce house. And guess what!!! They’re so UNPROFESSIONAL!! They didnt even call

Had a bounce house booked for today 4/28 for a party that started at 2pm. I was told they would come before 1pm. It's almost 3 and still no rental!! No call and they have not answered the phone. I also went to 3 different locations and it's like they don't even exist! Luckily we were able to call Happy Face entertainment and they are getting a bounce house here right away so we don't have a sad birthday girl!!! Definitely call them for your next rental!

Initial experience was good. Called and had some info sent through text. Agreed through text, the type of bouncy house i wanted and made the reservation for the day and time i wanted. The day is here and i have been trying to get in contact since 10am this morning. They have not answered and have not followed up at all. Party started at 1pm and still no sign of the house. Completely unprofessional behavior . Do not go to grandpas bounce house if you need someone reliable.

I find it hard to believe ratings are 4.7 out of 5. My bounce house had dead bugs and what smells and looks like feces. The brown color was a big give away. I called to complain and was hung up on. They got so nasty I had to call the cops when they came to pick up their bounce house. They wouldn't even hear my story!!! The worst experience I've had. And the kids were so heart broken. Please take your business elsewhere!

Grandpa's Bounce House is by far the best bounce house service we've worked with. All our venues are made perfect with Grandpa's services. While other bounce houses either don't have what you're looking for, or are over priced Grandpa's bounce house is always on time if not early. Customer service is always up to par, and they always have something that will suit you! Not to mention the deals are great! They are truly good people and I trust them in our yard even when no one is home seeing as how they've always proven themselves trustworthy, I don't know how anybody can say anything different.
