Services
We conduct project-planning meetings with you to determine your LEED goals on a project specific basis. Together, we develop a project-specific construction and demolition waste management program to maximize recycling. We implement your waste management program on-site by labeling containers with predetermined targeted materials for recovery or reuse.
The maximum amount of time a rented container can sit on a job site without pick up is determined upon rental of the container, depending on the type of project. At the end of the rental period, the container must be either service and brought back to site or cancelled out by client. Demcon will assist you in transport of recycling materials but you will get to keep 100% of any recycling earnings.

Very unsafe driving.
While driving on the 375 rocks were falling off from the truck with the plates K05-6400, so I I decided to pass the truck to prevent any damage to my car. But then a big piece of wood fell off the truck and damaged my windshield. I called the company and Ryan Robles greeted me in Spanish, but when I told him about the incident he told me that he didn’t speak Spanish, how convenient. I then explained him what happened in “English”, but he was reluctant to hold accountability for the incident. He told me that he was going to check the cameras, but after that, he never

I have been working with Demcon for about 10 years now. I have never had a bad experience. From their available containers to their customer service, I am always taken care of. I do my best to use Demcon exclusively and when there is an emergency that I have to use someone else, I am always disappointed because I expect the same service from other people and I just don't get it. Ryan has always taken care of us and I really appreciate it. Also, love the family aspect of it, I love how they all work together and help each other out.

Always on time with pickup and dumps. Friendly staff with experience and detailed information of what I may need. They followed up on requests to ensure desired needs. Overall one of the best dumpster services I have used in my professional career spanning 18 years and 6 different states. Would definitely recommend for any project no matter the size.
