This company is a scam. They entered into a binding "As Is" contract with my family for $65,000, brought potential buyers through unannounced, which we didn't authorize in the contract. The contract indicated they would put a $3,000 deposit into an escrow account with the company. After about 30 days text us and say they are willing to only pay… $50,000 and we found out they never deposited any money into an escrow account. They were extremely unprofessional, contacting the renter in the house trying to make rental arrangements with them. This company is also know as "RB Financial Holdings
