Brittany S. Pierce is an attorney with Lively Law Firm, and her practice focuses on appeals and federal litigation. Specifically, Brittany specializes in immigration cases before the Board of Immigration Appeals and Federal Circuit Courts, criminal appeals, and other federal work at the district court level.
Shante is the Office Manager of the Lively Law Firm, where she ensures the daily operations run smoothly. Shante skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations. As the Office Manager, she ensures that client inquiries are handled efficiently and personally. Shante maintains accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly billing.
Gustavo is the Client Communication Manager of Lively Law Firm, where he ensures that efficient and accurate information flows from attorneys to clients and vice versa. Gustavo empathetically manages administrative duties and client relations. As the Client Communication Manager, he ensures that client inquiries are handled efficiently and personally.
Laura is the law clerk of the Lively Law Firm, where she ensures that client files are complete, organized, and prepared for immigration court and USCIS interviews. Laura has aspirations of attending law school and ensures that clients are given the extra attention they deserve for difficult and unusual cases.

Full disclosure, I’ve been friends with Ashley since 2015. At that point my wife and I had not yet met so I had no idea that we would eventually need Ashley’s services.
Ashley helped us with my wife’s green card application. She and her team were knowledgeable and attentive. They accommodated us outside of office hours due to time differences. The experience of dealing with USCIS was stressful but having Ashley and team to guide us through made it less so.
