To keep up with the demand, L.A. Sun Spray Tan's downtown studio location was born. L.A. Services
If this is your first time booking a spray tan with me, please read through the spray tan info page before booking your appointment. If you have a special event you are tanning for, it is recommended to schedule your appointment 1-2 days before. Spray tans take about 24 hrs to fully develop and every day after that it will fade a bit as your skin is naturally exfoliating.
We will decide on color and which solution to use. Once applied, you will need to leave it on your skin for a few hours before rinsing. With Express, you can rinse in 1-4 hours after your appointment, depending on how dark you'd like to go. The Standard solution has 3 different levels and requires at least 12 hours before rinsing.
The principle tanning agent used in all self tanning products is Dihydroxyacetone (DHA). This ingredient, which is derived from sugar beets, reacts with the amino acids in the skin to create the darkening or tanned appearance on the surface of the skin. The development of color takes anywhere from 2-4 hours and the intensity of color depends on DHA concentration in the product as well as each person's skin characteristics.

There is no other place I go for an all natural glowing sunkissed spray tan. I've been a client of Dila's for a couple years now and am so glad I found her. She is reliable, talented, and knows what she's doing! I always get a perfect tan from her anytime of year.. Highly recommended -- especially for holidays, vacations, and special events. Dila was amazing! My experience was very pleasant and professional. Dila is very chill and friendly and made me feel comfortable and like I belonged there. I was a bit nervous due to being a plus size but she was so cool that I didn't feel any embarrassment or shame. Been going to Dila for years. I won't go to anyone else because she simply gives the best spray tans. I’ve always gone to her studio but this time I decided to book her mobile service for the first time. The entire appointment took 20 minutes. She set up her spray tan tent pretty quickly, and didnt need much space. I got the same great quality tan I've come to expect from Dila! It was super convenient. Plus the price was very reasonable considering she came to me. I'll definitely do the mobile service again. It's a great option to have

5++++ stars! Dila is seriously the best! I've always felt so comfortable (which is a big deal when you're ahem naked), she's been in this business so long and is extremely trustworthy. I've gotten a few spray tans from her for weddings and vacations and my spray tans never compare to the other girls' spray tans, no weird orange-ness and no weird vibes. She is the only person I will ever trust to spray tan my body. I've gotten the express tan every time and highly recommend so you're able to shower within 2-4 hours.

The products she uses are incredible, this summer I got a spray tan before going to the lake and for some reason I didn't get sun burned at all!! Usually I'm a lobster no matter how much sunscreen I apply, even my family noticed that I looked bronzed the entire trip.

I booked Dila for a spray tan at my home for a photo shoot and it came out so good!! We talked about color and past bad tans (from other places) and we decided on a specific time to shower it off and it came out beautifully!! After a week my tan is still on and isn't blotchy it fading. She was super cautious with Covid and I'll definitely use her again!!

I’ve been doing my spray tan with Dila for about a year now, she is my number one choice in the whole LA and I know that she always does 100% perfect results, and I especially need it when I have an important event coming up, such as LAFW, Miami Swim Week or a photo shoot. I don’t have a chance to mess it up. And I know with Dila it’s best results are guaranteed.

The best spray tan I've ever received. Looks natural, doesn't smell, isn't sticky and stays on for much longer than any other spray tan I've had. Do the express- worth the extra $10 and you don't have to sleep in it. You can shower after 2 hours!

My first spray tan with Dila was back in 2015 and from the jump she is super professional and VERY thorough with her work. I’ve had plenty of spray tans (mobile/in-shop) and I can say with 100% confidence that Dila knows exactly what she is doing. I’m never disappointed with the outcome. She is friendly, super accommodating and has her technique down! You will be so pleased after your spray tan session.

The reviews are spot on! Dila is a rockstar - literally and figuratively! Came in because of the 5* reviews and leaving here giving another to add to her belt. I've had my teeth whitened before eons ago but it left my teeth only slightly whiter and with lots of pain.
Dila gives 3 x 20min sessions using food grade hydrogen peroxide and explained why- you can't get noticeably whiter with an express treatment like some other places offer. The sessions went by quick with a tingling effect, no pain. You'd never guess such minimal time and effort could get my teeth 3 shades whiter!

She was very professional and informative, she even took me in last minute, outside her work hours as my travel plans changed last minute right before my wedding!!! The tan was even and natural looking, I loved how I felt with a tan, I have always been very pale and find it hard to tan naturally so this was the best choice for me, I will be seeing her every-time I am in Los Angeles! :)
