I’ve taken two devices now to Logan and the guys at Phone Repair 405, and I have been so pleased both times! First of all, I think it’s so important for a business to be kind and welcoming to its customers, and these guys are just that! They are super knowledgable and eager to help solve any kind of issue you may encounter. I’ve taken my phone, laptop, etc. to other repair places in the past and have either been disappointed in their customer service, or just straight up turned away and told nothing could be done. These guys are all so kind and helpful, and never back down from a challenge

Highly recommended. What a great shop! Top-notch, super friendly service, and they sincerely care about their customers, as I saw multiple times while I was there for help with my own tech mini-disaster. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed anything else phone related. Really, these guys are superb.

I was impressed from the start. I got there right at 10am and they were opened. One of my pet peeves is when a business isn’t open on time or closes early. The store was extremely clean and tidy. They have a waiting area with entertainment if you would rather wait (which isn’t long because they are experts at their craft and super fast). My phone got damaged in a car accident and I was pleasantly surprised that they had my vintage iPhone 6 parts in stock! Logan is very thorough and makes sure all components are working before you leave. He takes the extra time to explain settings as well. They
