Always passionate about style and fashion, Lucy entered into the beauty industry in '97 by doing nails and skin care treatments in South Florida. Lucy furthered her career by geting a diploma with Joe Blasoco make up academy in Miami, Florida. After moving back to her home town in '02, Lucy attended Steven Papageorge academy in Chicago and received a diploma in Cosmetology and skin care.
Always keeping up with new and emerging trends in fashion and hair care, Lucy has been awarded the Great Lengths Hair Extensions and La Brasiliana hair treatment certification diploma. In addition, Lucy has received specialized training from likes of Wella, Bumble & Bumble, and Matrix.

Lucy has been my hair stylist for about 15 years now. I have NEVER and will NEVER see anyone else. My hair is naturally very curly, and you curly heads know how hard it is to find an excellent stylist for corse curly hair.
Lucy has taken my hair from very long to very short, dark with bangs to long and blonde without bangs. I have ALWAYS been thrilled with her work.
Not only is Lucy a hair magician she's a genuinely beautiful person. Moral of this story...Go to Lucy you won't regret it!!!

I love going to Lucy! She's fun, friendly, and my hair always looks amazing when I leave! I found her on Groupon, and have been twice now. Both times I was getting color treatment. She's been helping me lighten my blonde hair for the summer! I was nervous because I haven't done much color treatment to my hair, but she made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. She's also honest about what won't work- which I super appreciate. I completely trust Lucy with my hair- and I can't wait to go back!

Lucy is great! I got my hair done by Lucy back in October and I'm still LOVING my cut and color and receive many complements! I went into the appointment wanting a low maintenance style and color and she delivered! She listened to exactly what I wanted and approached it in a way that I would have never known/thought of. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice and tips for maintaining my hair, product recommendations, etc. I'll definitely be back!!

I've always had a great experience with Lucy. She really understands hair and helps me know mine better. My hair still looks good when I get home and try to do it myself, which is not usually the case other places I've gone. She's super friendly and has a beautiful private space, so I really feel like she's devoted to making me look and feel good when I'm there.

She is a MASTER of **COLOR/highlights, as well as **EXTENSIONS. My hair is super tricky. It's very thin tends to turn very brassy. Lucy goes over and beyond my expectations ***EVERY*** single time. I have been going to her for a year now and will continue!! Recommend everyone I know to her!

Lucy is the best cut and color in the city. I usually change stylists after a few years, but I can't switch. She is an expert with color and it's always spot on. Very natural. She is the only colorist I know that can keep me from showing dark roots before it's time for the next appt. I highly recommend. Also the salon is easy to find and parking is good.

Lucy is fantastic. She is extremely patient and makes sure she understand exactly what you are looking for and then she delivers 100%. Her skills with color and cut are astounding. I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks, and so happy because my hair looks exactly like I want it to look! And I'm super picky! I have followed Lucy for years because she is that good. Cannot recommend her any higher!

Been seeing Lucy for the past 5+ years and have followed her from 2 other salons. My first cut was merely by chance, as I decided to get my haircut at the place my cousin was getting hers (she traveled all the way from the NW suburbs into the city just to get her haircut, so I figured it was a good place to try). They introduced me to Lucy, and I have been going to her since... I honestly was uneducated about haircare until I met Lucy and she simply knows her profession/industry. She's personable, energetic, passionate, and kind.

I've been going to Lucy now for years and I am never disappointed. Not only do I get compliments from friends and family members, but I notice a huge change in the appearance & texture of my hair. Before Lucy, my hair used to be very dry and overprocessed, but Lucy nursed my hair back to good condition. The color is always beautiful and natural too. She specials and deals and is much more affordable than going to other salons. Lucy is very sweet, listens, and makes you feel at home.
