Robert Chavez was very helpful and worked with me in my situation trying to bail out my fiancé. I had trouble with 2 of the top rated bail bonds place in Vegas the day before, they turned me away so I had to pay full bail at county. Just for another charge to be added over night and keep him. First, I can tell you after 20 years of criminal defense work, many bail companies are not customer service based, and that is being gentle. Ebail and Marc the owner are the exception. They treat the clients with dignity and respect. Marc and his team go beyond average service and assist clients with navigating through the court process. There are even times when they could legally re-arrest a client for a myriad of misdeeds, but straighten things out without court intervention. They never overcharge or act unprofessional with clients. I would recommend them to my own family.

It pays to read your reviews. I called Ebail and spoke with JR about bailing my son out of Clark Detention center. He politely told me to stay on the line while he called the center to see if my son was going to be O R'd. He informed me he didn't want to proceed if they were going to O R him. And explained the process and options. I had called several other companies that made no mention of this. Also they sounded like they just wanted the money with no explanation of the process or procedure. JR had a bond posted in 30 minutes after funds were sent and paperwork completed. People please

He had my friend (the bachelor) out within 2 hours after posting bail! Managed to salvage the trip and still had a good time. Marc is an amazing human being and a true humanitarian! Amazing. Great, easy to deal with, I had to call in from out of state and these guys were so easy to deal with.. basic information and payment information.
One highly rated other place said because I didn't live in Nevada, I had to fill out no less than 6 forms and pay a penalty deposit of $500 on top of the over $500 bail bond fee, but not these guys and gals!
Absolutely great to deal with, no "What can I do you for?" attitude like so many others I called. Don't believe the reviews on the other places, I called no less than 5 of them before I found eBail.
