Installation of an Iron filter & replacement of water tank. The water filter has made a difference in the waters taste and the water feels softer even though it’s Not a water softener.
The technicians are dependable and did a great job of installing everything.

Terrible attitudes. My neighbor is having a well put in next to mine so with no real heads up they shut my well off for upwards of three hours and then got mad when I would ask how much longer. I’m not sure if they actually do god work or not but if you like your neighbors I would steer clear of these guys.

The circuit breaker for my well pump kept tripping, so we were not getting any water from our well. Called Pollock early on a Monday morning and they came right over, checked everything out and replaced the pump controler. Knowledgeable, prompt service at a good price. Last night our water just stopped running. The next morning my husband called a company that has been servicing and drilling water wells in Northwest Florida for 3 generations. We waited two hours for a call back from them, it never came. We called them back. We were told the boss has all your information. 45 minutes later we got a call that the boss would be off the rest of the day. We were given an alternative number to call. I just wanted to commend Pollock Well Drilling. We needed our pump replaced and called them to get a diagnosis and cost. We asked when it could be taken care of and they said, "we have the part and can do it now".
They also called when it was complete and let us know that the well wasn't hooked properly to our water softner and they took it upon themselves to fix it at no extra cost!
What a difference in our water now!!
A very upstanding company in our eyes!
Life isn't perfect and not everything will be perfect all the time, however, calling Pollock Well Drilling was a perfect decision
