Very good question! One of the biggest differences between the two is the price. Sealing an existing parking lot would be much cheaper and easier than to pave a brand new one, unless of course it's falling apart and has to be replaced. I contacted them on June 2nd to start the estimate process for a circular driveway repave, estimate was signed on June 9th, and had the driveway paved on June 14th. All points of contact were friendly, kind, and answered my questions very specifically. They are not the cheapest in the area but they come prepared with an experienced crew and appropriate equipment to get things done.

Looked around for estimates to chip seal 600 feet of gravel driveway. APS was, by far, the most responsive and helpful. Three days total from time I first called to the job was complete. It looks great and exceeded our expectations. They showed up exactly on time and finished when they said as well.

John was very responsive when I first called for information. Leonard came to our house to explain it all and convince us of his product. Doug and the boys were at our home promptly the next morning. They worked tirelessly and cleaned up everything as good as new when they were done. We love our new driveway and would like to thank them ALL for making us a believer in chip-sealing. It turned out beautifully!!
