Chewing your food thoroughly releases stomach enzymes in preparation for the work of digestion (which is why you shouldn't chew gum). Chew until your food is almost liquid (about 25 times) before swallowing, especially when eating nuts.

You will go past some houses on the right, cross NE 7th Avenue, and almost immediately see the blue "Hampton Inn" sign on the right. Make a right into the Hampton Inn driveway (we share the parking lot).
