Here at Dental Loft, we recommend seeing the dentist at least twice a year for routine cleanings and checkups.

Dr. Baisden herself is a fine dentist, no problem there. However the people who handle billing and insurance filing had a problem in my case with transparency. They did not tell us the particular procedure we were doing for my wife would be done in two separate transactions. Also, the follow through with the insurance company was lacking.

My husband and I actually enjoyed going to Dental Loft up until today. In early October I called and made an appointment for both of us. I got a call back saying that the appointment we booked, October 13th at 2:00 PM actually couldn't accommodate both of us at the same time, but that we could do an 8:00 appointment on October 28th. So I talked with the receptionist, Kerri, not once but twice about the appointment being for the both of us and it was clear that she understood that it was for both, being that she called back to schedule us at a time where we both could be seen.

I’m so thankful to have found Dental Loft! They are always so kind and welcoming, and actually listen to concerns I have or questions I need answered. I had a traumatic experience with my previous dentist, so I truly appreciate all of the ladies at Dental Loft and how comfortable they’ve made me feel/how smooth all of my visits have been! Dr. Baisden is very personable and knowledgeable. They also are taking covid protocols seriously, which I appreciate!

I had a toothache and needed to see a dentist quickly. The Dental Loft set me up with an appointment on the same day I called. Amazing!
When I showed up, I had to fill out a few forms. The process was quick. Then I saw the doctor (dentist). She took a couple of x rays and took a look at the location of the pain. Luckily I just hadthe some severe gum irritation and didn't need any major work to be done. The dentist wrote me a prescription and told me I would be fine. And I am now.
The place is clean and orgainized. Everyone is very nice too. I will use the Dental Loft in the future for my

Until meeting Dr. Jennifer Baisden, I had had horrible experiences with dentists. I'm pretty sure that I would have never ever gone to a dentist ever again. Just the thought of having to go to a dentist sent me into an anxiety filled tailspin. But upon meeting Dr Baisden and her staff, by my second visit my anxiety was 90% gone. She made you feel comfortable, she made you feel cared about, she always asked how I was doing and if I was feeling OK etc. If you are looking for a dentist look no further. Dr Baisden and her staff are absolutely amazing!

Wow, just wow. Ever looked forward to having your teeth worked on? I do! Thanks to Dr. Jennifer Baisden and her incredible staff, each appointment is laid-back (literally, insanely comfortable chairs) and thorough. This team knows how to make every patient feel welcome and comfortable during their visits. Not only do they take care of all your mouth maintenance, there are some other fun services in the works! How can it get any better? Also, Dr. Baisden is a whiz with Invisalign. I wish I could attach before and after pics (see posts for an update). I will forever be grateful for the care she took
