Our practitioners use the following six concepts to Inspire Positive Change in each individual client and help guide the body to reach optimal health. Our innovative and experienced care is led by compassion and a true desire to help everyone better understand the basic tenets of holistic wellbeing so that we can all live up to our greatest potentials.
Tracy has been studying and working for over 20 years in the natural health field. After receiving a diagnosis for an incurable, life-altering illness, she found her only help in natural therapies. After complete recovery, she began learning and sharing about the body's natural ability to heal itself when given the proper tools.
What sets our sauna service apart? Each session includes the use of a Power Step Vibrating Platform to help stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow before stepping into the sauna to help take your sauna benefits to the next level. The system uses negatively-charged ions to stimulate the removal of toxins through the pores of the feet, which happen to be some of the largest pores in your body.
Holistic Mind Wellness focuses on the mental-emotional aspect of stress. Clients are taught real-life, science-based techniques to help children, adults and entire families manage their emotional stressors. Implement skills to help create a better sense of emotional wellbeing and calm, replacing ineffective habits and behaviors with positive, transformative ones.
We cannot become truly healthy and balanced in our lives, nor can we live our lives to their fullest, without focusing on spiritual and energetic wellbeing and growth. All I can say is WOW, highly recommend coming here. Tracy was phenomenal and listened to my concerns and walked me through everything. I have been dealing with various health issues for years and have paid thousands of dollars on tests, nothing compares to the ECR testing she did. I feel like I'm on the right path to healing FINALLY. For so long I wanted to feel better, I am assured that we will get whatever is going on with me under control! So happy to have found this place, truly feeling so blessed and excited for the future! :)

Lots of POSITIVE and PEACEFUL vibes with her! :) She was super kind, listen to me and took the time to truly find out what would work for ME and my body. The ambiance of the whole experience was blissful and very informative. They even had an area where my little girl and husband could wait. My family was able to come up to my evaluation room as well. Very laid back facility. Jasime at the front desk is amazing too. Super friendly

I have been working with Sonya for awhile. When I first came to her, I had many food sensitivities and had even ended up in the emergency room with an anaphylactic reaction to food. Sonya helped me figure out what I am allergic to. (I had already tried allergy tests and shots with 2 different doctors over a period of years, but nothing really helped, especially with foods.) Once Sonya identified the causes, she was able to greatly reduce my reactions to foods. When I came in, I had so many immune system and other health issues (thyroid, skin issues, etc...) and Sonya has been amazing in helping

I found Heights of Health surfing the internet, and what an amazing experience this has been. It's costly and I know I'm worth it.
My experience has been a total mind body spirit make over. You must believe in yourself and the creator. It's not easy changing your internal dialog but I'm proof it is possible.
I am seeing Sonya Garcia and am making wonderful positive choices going forward thanks to her guidance and care.
Their products are excellent. I now have my blood pressure under control and am working on a long recovery due to a blood pressure spike / vertigo, etc

For years I have traveled for miles to get Reiki and other natural services, all the while there was this amazing lil bungalow in my own neighborhood and I didn't even know it. The stars aligned when I met Cheryl. I've seen her twice now and I'm already starting to feel a lil more like my true self. Simply put, Cheryl is an amazing healer and such a wonderful giver of her talent to the local schools.

I arrived at Heights of Health 6 months ago feeling depleted and sluggish, knowing something was missing from my otherwise healthy lifestyle. With regular visits, clearing and adding of supplements, I feel practically like a new person. I have energy and stamina I haven't had since college (20ish years ago...). Absolutely amazing services! I've been coming here for at least 6 years. It has help me from emotional to physical illness. The first time I went for a solution for my allergies, and they were perfectly fine after the visit! I had taken my cats and my dogs. And I strongly recommended them for humans and animals. The people are welcoming and such amazing energy! The products they offered work, I recently used a gel for a pretty bad burn on my hand, it's gone! Sonya is absolutely a miracle worker. Thank you for all you do for us hoh team!
