I have been going to BL for awhile now and they are so prompt, attentive, and professional and the staff is incredibly sweet!

Hailey was great! Salon was very nice and made for a great customer experience. She was thorough, friendly, and represented the salon really well. My lashes turned out great! I recently moved and have been bouncing from salon to salon (Amazing Lash, Lash Lounge) trying to find a salon/technician who is able to do my lashes the way I like them and you all were able to do it!

Savannah was so gentle and kind. She made sure to let me know what she was doing before she did it to assure that I was comfortable. It was my first time ever getting lash extensions and because of my experience with Savannah I will continue to get lash extensions!

My sister and I came in to get our lashes done for her wedding this weekend and we loved everything about our experience. The staff was kind and on time while still doing great work. It was a clean and warm environment and we both agree that it was so great we can't wait to go back!

Hailee was so great! She took her time making sure every single lash was in the perfect spot during my lash lift. I've had lifts done elsewhere before and none have ever turned out as beautiful as the one I received from Hailee.

Melinda is amazing at micro-blading eye brows. ACTUALLY She is talented and is great at anything she does.

Came in for a lash appointment and was greeted so warmly by the beautiful receptionist (I think her name was Aleni? I'm obsessed with her), and was immediately taken to the back. Leini did my lashes and I am obsessed!!! The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were all amazing!!! Highly recommend!!! So obsessed!!

Betty Lash is saving my lashes once again. I recently obtained a new set of lashes at a price that was too good to be true. Shortly after my lashes started falling out. I decided to go to Betty Lash for a fill after having a prior good experience, and they confirmed that the lashes applied were too much for my fine lashes as well as other problems. I now have a plan to remedy that issue and trust Betty Lash going forward. The experience is also very relaxing.

The new salon is beautiful! It's super cozy and clean and just all around gorgeous. All the techs are great, especially Lis who did my classic set as her model.

I had a wonderful experience with Betty lash! Janelle took great care of me and walked me through all of the steps of my lash lift and tint. I had previously had the service somewhere else but my results here were far superior. Each room is relaxing and comfortable as well. I'll definitely be back

Today was my first time in Betty Lash and Ohhhh My Goddess!!! I could not be a happier Bunny!!! Emily this sweet sister with such gorgeous energy and amazing lashes and brows -just rocked my world today!!! I am a red head so my lashes and brows are blonde so finding someone who can rock the right color is a true artist!!! I will for sure be back and would hands down recommend Betty Lash to anyone!!! Emily is my esthetician and always does a phenomenal job on my lashes! I typically get anxiety having people so in my face, but she always takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable and does the most natural looking volume sets! Go see Emily!!!

I’ve been going to Betty Lash for two months and I couldn’t be happier with the service that I receive. Vonnie is patient and highly skilled when it comes to eyelash extensions and eyebrow shaping/coloring.
The overall vibe of the salon is cozy and peaceful. Some shops feel way more communal than I’m comfortable with. The special attention and privacy you’re given at Betty is why I keep going back.

I already left a review about the amazing eyelash extensions I had done here by Amy. I just switched from extensions to a lift/tint (also by Amy) and I have to leave another review because WOW. First of all, even after 8 straight months with extensions theres almost no damage to my natural lashes. And second, they look amazing with the lift/tint. Take my word for it, Amy is the best game in town and she's also just an amazing person.

Betty Lash has so many thing to like! The interior rooms are so feminine and there are windows offering some natural lighting. The decor is just so appropriate for that special feeling. Amy does my lashes and I think she is simply wonderful! I feel so comfortable and safe , I feel that the salon meets the high standards of precautions in regard to Covid. Amy takes her time and the end result is always beyond what I expected. She is a lovely person and her fingers feel like butterflies as she’s doing my lashes! Sometimes I fall asleep, that’s how gentle she is!

The staff at Betty Lash is always warm and welcoming. The place is nicely designed and spotless. Melinda is always super professional, sweet, and attentive and helped me with my acne! I only go to Betty Lash for skincare in Austin.

I had my lashes lifted here a bunch of times and they always came out amazing and on top of that I also went in for a semi permanent lip shading. I am not fully finished yet, and I'm going in for a follow up appointment a few weeks. So far I am beyond thrilled with my results! Melinda was absolutely amazing and it was painless, the healing is a simple process, and I am already so pleased with my results. I highly recommend Melinda and Betty Lash.

Amy is the best! She has such great attention to detail - she is marvelous and she is super fun to chat with ! The salon is very clean and chic - and they are sticking to Covid precautions so you feel very safe! Highly recommend!

Great service! Alexis made me feel really comfortable, she continuously checked in with me throughout my lash application and discussed with me beforehand what look I was going for and what curl type she would be using. My lashes turned out great, and I am really happy with them!

I absolutely love this place and recommend it to all of my friends! As other reviews have mentioned, you get what you pay for. The lashes I've gotten here have stayed on through weeks of hot yoga and even an adventurous surf trip! Normally, lash extensions fall right off when I spend time in the ocean but the technique they use at Betty Lash is top notch, and I retained nearly ALL the lashes I got before my trip! Seriously, so impressed. Go see my girl Amy and let her take care of you...you can thank me later! ;)

I got eyelash extensions for the first time about a month ago and just got my first fill yesterday. When I got there for my appt yesterday everyone was very polite and I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. It wasn't until I went through my emails today that I realized I had been 30 minutes late to my appointment (I wrote down the wrong time)!!! The staff were so courteous and accommodating that I didn't even know I was late until today. Lexi still did a full hour and a half appointment and my eyelashes look great!! So happy with this place would def recommend

You definitely get the service your pay for! While it may be a bit hefty of a price tag, especially for students, my aesthetician really took her time with my lashes for the 3.5 hours that I had her! They came out exactly how I had described in the consultation and the lashes were EXTREMELY comfortable!!

They put in one eyelash at a time and really put thought and efforts into which lash (which thickness, length) would be placed where and on which lash to that if your lash is smaller/weaker, it can still hold the lash they glue on top.

Overall, if you have the money to spend, get your lashes
