This company is your biggest nightmare. KP Construction quoted us to do drawings, get the permit and for the construction work for a new basement entrance. They quoted $2500 for the drawings- which is about twice the going rates, but because the construction costs was very favourable - $3500 for cutting a porch slab and building a new stairs - we decided to use this company. From day one it was a disaster. Denovo design – also owned by Konastin Posin did the drawings, which looked nothing like our property. Even the house outline was completely wrong. They refused to correct the drawings, stating

Was trying to get windows installed through this company. They were supposed to come out on a Monday to install my 2 windows but they were a no call no show. There was some sketchy weather that day so that's understandable but I would have at least appreciated a call letting me know they weren't coming and try to reschedule. My husband had to end up calling to reschedule for the next day since my calls were going unanswered. Tuesday came and went with beautiful weather, no windows installed, no calls, and no show ups. I tried calling this "business" 4 times with no answer. It

I would highly recommend KP Construction for an outdoor deck. They were extremely professional, the quality of the work was excellent, and are one of the better contractors we've worked with.
They did a great job helping us with a design that suited our home and made some great recommendations to enhance our outdoor space. They were incredibly flexible on the build, making changes to accommodate us and also moved their schedule around to allow for other work we were having done to the exterior.
Their customer service is excellent. Any questions or concerns we had after the work was completed

I recently had my deck built by Konstantin and his crew at KP Construction. We moved into a brand new home last spring but the deck was tiny so me and the wife called around to contractors everywhere for a good deal. At first we only wanted it expanded from it's tiny 6x8 feet size to 10x12. The companies we contacted gave us a price range from $7000-$15000! Told us we would be on a long waiting list, it might not be done until next spring if we are lucky, they would use the existing wood, and a host of other nonsense. Some contractors didn't want to do it because they said the job was too small
