They have staged a number of homes for my clients, both my single family home sellers and developers. Their staging has made a marked increase in the price received from the transactions. Your staging, along with the terrific work of Bridget and Susanna, has yielded us three offers over asking price (two of them by quite a bit) of which we have accepted one.
Larisa: We go to estate sales and vintage shops, as well as shopping the same furniture stores you do for your home. Our warehouse is filled with one-of-a-kind pieces that set us apart from other home staging companies, which is what makes our projects feel so welcoming, like a lived-in home does. Larisa: As you can see, Terence is the salesman, the PR guy while I organize and run our crew.
