DO NOT HIRE. I hired this company to do a significant amount of work on my house. Owner Emely Juarez over-promised in order to secure the work over other companies, agreeing to the following: In 2-3 days, for a total of $3,600 - $4,250, ECJ could insulate the attic, caulk the windows, service the furnace and AC, install new smoke detectors, address the water heater back drafting, fix the loose siding, and address the exterior cracking/seal/waterproof paint the interior block. I was then informed, much later, I'm that, after paying $3,800+, they would not be covering three very important tasks out

I am extremely pleased with the work Emely and her team completed for me. I believe the contractor’s name was Daniel. He repaired a large hole I had in my wall. He was fast, professional and friendly. If I ever need any contractors in the future they will be my go to!!
