This is my favorite place to buy rugs! Every rug in my house is from here!! Eddy and Scott are the best👌....I had a bright idea to put a runner in my bathroom because I was tired of the same old regular rug sets and it was the best decision ever 😊 Needless to say I am a happy camper with the purchase I made today, living room rug and a runner!!!!

I have worked with Eddy at Rug Land over several years to choose rugs for two different homes. He is helpful and professional and above all, works with me to find just the right rug for each space. Even if it means purchasing several rugs over several months and returning rugs when they aren’t right, he is always eager and willing to continue searching until I am happy. He is also willing to send several out for trial, understanding that I won’t be able to return them until we are back in town. He is completely trusting of me and the feeling is mutual!

I have bought a rug here a long time ago but this time when I went Eddy was amazing. As soon as I walked into the store he was friendly, inviting and courteous. I came in prepared with a picture of my living room looking for an 8×11 rug. I showed Eddy the picture of my living room and he led me to the perfect rug for it. We looked at 3 rugs and I picked the rug that Eddy showed me because he really is an expert. I highly recommend that you go to the store with an open mind and a picture of the area you are purchasing a rug for and the salesmen will take care of you. I really appreciated Eddys

After searching for a new bedroom rug online and in local home stores, we came across the high review ratings for Rug Land and decided to take a look. We had the best experience here. We walked in and honestly didn't expect much. We were greeted by two charismatic employees who went above and beyond to help us find a rug that fit our taste and style and something that was also in our price range. Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with! I went in looking for 2 specific Loloi rugs from the Magnolia line. They did not have them on their floor but Scott was very willing to take me to their warehouse so that I could see them in person. He not only delivered excellent customer service but offered comparable pricing and quicker delivery than other vendors I visited for these very same rugs.

By no means am I a rug expert. I just like what I like and I know it when I see it. And I have been looking for awhile for rug to compliment the other pieces in my place. I have no idea why I had not come across Rug Land Dallas before now. Regardless, I am thankful I found out about it a few weeks ago.
