Their servicing a remote location for juniper canyon so charge whatever they want,(to be fair it's called good business)this is what 54 a month gets you, for that much with anyone else you get 5-7 times that speed. Their plans also don't make much sense, more expensive plans don't always mean faster internet. But they work and are not spotty so far. Not even what you pay for, because its over priced we went with 8, but get 6. Whats even sillier is their 12 up and 2 down is more expensive than their 100 up and 100 down

When our household first signed up (2.5 years ago) they were decent and didn’t have to many service interruptions. Now it’s extremely slow and and can barely keep up with streaming half hour episodes. Which tells me they have grown their customer base but have failed to invest in growing their network and expanding their bandwidth. Long story short. They have too many customers and not enough bandwidth.

Installation went well and when the installer tested it it seemed to work fine. I asked if I would have the opportunity to buy my router that same day, test out what service I had, and then pay my service fee (wanted to make sure I was going with the best company) I was told that it was OK. Turns out you can't do that and I have to wait until tomorrow for my internet when tonight is a scheduled game night. Thanks.

I was with Primetime for 7 years. The first few years were fine but eventually my service started really lagging. Super slow and at times would go completely out. If there was bad weather then the connection would be bad, too. The customer service was great the first few years, as well, but also started to eventually decline. For a locally owned business, they really don't seem to be concerned with keeping their customers. When I cancelled service, they couldn't have cared less why.

Excellent, high quality internet that is reliable. You call if you have a problem, you get a local person not someone in a country over-seas. They tell you what is going on instead of "we're sorry, sir, we have no reported outages in your area". They don't have a usage cap and they don't over-charge. Their technicians arrive on time, do a very good job, and go the extra mile to make sure things are right. It truly is a 5 star company. Often they answer the phone on the first ring, and no "hit 1 to speak English" stuff. And in 3 years we've had a total of 4 outages all of which were fixed within
