I am a professional San Antonio TX Magician and Illusionist magician and would like to introduce myself here. I've created this site to answer any questions you may have about my shows, qualifications, and background. Illusions by Blake provides professional, world-class magical entertainment for birthday parties, corporate events, and school shows throughout San Antonio and South Texas.
I specialize in children's entertainment, school & corporate event magic shows, and close-up magical performances. I have performed in every school district in San Antonio, the San Antonio Public Library, and many private schools throughout San Antonio and South Texas. Services
This show is also called The Magic of Reading Show. The show provides fantastic school entertainment and emphasizes the importance of reading. It's more than just a magic show. Richard explains how he first became interested in magic after checking out a few magic books from his school library when he was just seven years old.
This show is a smaller version of the stage show and is designed for large audiences in theaters or at corporate functions and contains the larger illusions from The Deluxe Birthday/ School Show. The show features illusionist Blakes' signature card manipulation act in which cards appear at his fingertips.

Very Much Recommend Illusions by Blake! Attention to detail, follow up to phone calls, timely arrival/departure - At our party we primarily had adults with some children. Blake was excellent with the Kids while keeping the Adults entertained - he Illusions/lighting/sound were all excellent - Worth the money - We will utilize again/recommend to our friends Illusions by Blake

I crashed my sisters block party.. and one of her neighbors hired Blake. I wasn’t expecting much... but man was I wowed! He was witty, AMAZING and great with all the kids. Fun for every age. His magic tricks were on point. Everyone was engaged, smiling, laughing and wowed. I was thoroughly impressed. Definitely will book him in the future.

Richard was amazing! He did a great job at our son's party. Both kids and adults loved his performance. He was great with the kids by having them participate in some of the magic tricks. He also had magic tricks that the adults loved. Great rapport with the kids and very professional. I would definitely use Richard for my next event.

Mr. Blake performed at our library's children's program and he was incredible! His act is engaging for children and parents of all ages as it is filled with jokes and spectacular tricks! Blake was a big hit with our Holiday Work lunch. Having the comedic twist included in the show was great. Everyone enjoyed the close up magic for a nice personal touch. His personality, showmanship and over all talent was an attention catcher! Several colleagues will seek his services again the future.
