Initial Impression was founded by Joy & Stephen Weiss in La Mesa, California a suburb of San Diego in 1983 as a retail and wholesale engraving business. Almost immediately we established a relationship with mail & parcel franchised centers. They used us as a resource for the engraving services profit center.
