They did not disappoint. My day was set up exactly how we had planned and the staff couldn't have been more willing to answer questions and provide tips along the way.

Services
The wooden bridge crosses over our natural flowing creek, tucked under the towering trees. Your guests have the perfect view of the wedding party as they cross down to the gazebo. Six vintage lampost illuminate the bridge throughout the evening and make for romantic evening photos. The Atrium is our newest addition to Willow Creek.
Although we do have an open vendor policy we recommend our vendors because they are familiar with our venue and policies. This ensures you don't have to worry about things not running smoothly. Also, in exchange for our website advertising, we ask each vendor to provide our Willow Creek brides with something a little extra either in the form of a discount or some sort of free addition.
Pre-Event: Once booked you start working with our in office event coordinators. We have now completed over 700 weddings so we have the knowledge to help you all along the way. Once you have a game plan you will come and sit down with them and go over your entire event.
At this meeting we will create your day of time line, design your floor plan, choose your linens and wall light colors, layout your decor ideas and make sure you have every little detail worked out.Rehearsal: We provide you with a 1 hour rehearsal guided by one of our professional wedding coordinators.

All in all, the venue was absolutely beautiful, I loved everything about it. My only negative thing to say is that there were a few small things we asked the day of coordinator for when she got there that didn’t get done, as well as the fact that she didn’t really do anything the entire time. She did have a trainee with her that night though that went above and beyond to make sure that we were doing okay! So beware if you use the venue to not expect a single thing from them once they get there.

Just had my wedding here this
past Sunday and am extremely happy with my experience at Willow Creek!!!
Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff that are employed deserve a special shout out! The on site coordinator the venue provided went above and beyond in keeping the wedding day running smoothly while maintaining a relaxed and fun atmosphere!! Our bartender also received many compliments for her friendly attitude and the speed at which she was making everyone's drinks!
Overall a really great experience made even better by the great people we got to work with along the way :)

Just had my wedding at the BEAUTIFUL venue! EVERYONE has told me what a wonderful time they had and some even the best wedding they have ever been to! The staff truly works to give you your perfect day! I could not have pulled my dream wedding off without their expertise! They have a preferred vendors list which without a doubt was my saving grace. They are always finding new ways to improve their venue and your experience! Truly a joy to work with and would recommend them to anyone with any wedding vision!
