Vanish Exterminating Corporation
Established 1968, Vanish Exterminating is a second generation family owned and operated business. For over 40 years our reputation has been built on honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves with old-fashioned values that seem to get lost in today's busy world, excellent customer care, dependable service and hard work.

Vanish Exterminating is LICENSED AND INSURED. We attend training and safety meetings while using the latest technology, which has paved a path of excellence built on satisfied customer service and recommendations. We recognize your time is valuable and will do everything possible to schedule service at YOUR convenience.
Services
Vanish Exterminating is a full time exterminating company specializing in termite and pest control (IPM) that does not require long-term contracts. In Pennsylvania we service Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware Counties. In New Jersey we service Atlantic, Burlington and Camdem Counties.
A licensed and insured inspector will perform a wood destroying insect inspection of the premises and issue a WDI report (Wood Destroying Inspection) for the purposes of securing a Conventional, FHA and/or VA real estate transaction. The inspector can provide tips for preventative measures. Subterranean termite infestation may go unnoticed because colonies are usually located in the soil.
What are Bed Bugs? Bed bugs, not strictly nocturnal, are primarily active at night. Adult females can lay 1-5 eggs per day. Eggs hatch between 7-10 days later. They can live for months without feeding and therefore, can survive in vacant homes for up to a year. How are Bed Bugs Spread? Bed bugs, thought of as a problem of the past, have made a strong comeback in the last few years.
No one likes last minute surprises. In the real estate world a major problem can surface after the property is sold or in the process of being sold and can be a deal breaker. Why not get a Pre-Inspection? After the inspection is rendered or upon completion of any related work, our WDI (Wood Destroying Inspection) report will be faxed and/or delivered to the closing location of your choice.

Vanish Exterminating Corp. is amazing! I was introduced to them maybe 3-4 months ago and truthfully I will never use another exterminating company. They're great! Dina is in the office, and is very warm on the phone. It's a family business and you honestly hang up feeling like you're apart of the family. It's just a really great company all around.
Earle has received rave reviews from many of our tenants. They're just so happy about everything. His professionalism, his kindness, his advice, he'll walk the tenant through what he's doing, he'll answer any & all questions they might have. They're

Sadly, I had termites. Vanish Exterminating staff were .... Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, family owned (not a chain)and completed the treatment timely. Was very happy with the service and knowing I was termite free.

They're extremely reasonable and honest. They don't upcharge, which is common when hiring contractor. Also, their work is impeccable. I would give Vanish 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

Honest people. Earl showed up on time and even stayed until I arrived a few minutes late. He provided straightforward and thorough inspection of the property and told me that it didn't need treatment...even though he would gain my business if he gave a different assessment. Such honesty is refreshing.
They even provided me with an invoice statement for the treatment cost, knowing full well that I would use it (along with the inspection result) to negotiate a credit for the house's buyers. In other words, they wrote up an invoice to help me out, even though they wouldn't get the business. Thanks
