Jack did a great job troubleshooting a Wordpress website that was having a Woocommerce plugin issue. There was a little miscommunication at the beginning and the issue turned out to be more labor intensive than originally planned, but Jack was very patient and worked until the issue was resolved. He also helped set up a developer copy of the website to test changes to without even being asked. I would recommend him highly.
