John has been consistently excellent in repairing my many computer problems over the years. He is very quick and efficient, a true expert in his craft. He is also cordial and respectful. Prices are quite reasonable. I recommend John and on-site-techs without reservation. I recently moved to Northern California and John continues to fix my computer problems at a long distance.

I just had a printing issue fixed (2nd) by John Airy. He is a top notch technician, believe me I have worked with a few over the 28 years I was a software tech. I started using his services a year ago. He is super nice, efficient, prompt and just good old fashioned courteous. I highly recommend him for on site (in home) computer help/repairs. You are not going to get any better service anywhere else!

John Airy is very responsive, knowledgeable, innovative, and in our opinion knows all there is to know about hardware, software, and computer security. Cost for services is very reasonable. All of John's suggestions are readily accepted and any problems with our computers are fixed correctly the first time.
