The clients we serve are located in Prospect, Goshen, Oldham County and East End Kentucky. They're looking for a one-stop solution for all of their outdoor living needs and they expect their services to be completed "before they have to ask". We serve homeowners and residential complexes such as HOA's, subdivision common grounds, apartment buildings, and condos.
Our consultations feature a 1-on-1 comprehensive site visit with one of our department specialists. We will address the customer's main concerns as well as provide additional recommendations on any potential problems that are discovered in the walkthrough. We will gather any necessary measurements and capture photos or videos of the service area.
When you choose a home you use a combination of logic and emotions to make one of the largest purchases of your life. You are proud of your choice, and your home symbolizes who you are or at the very least makes a statement about your personality. We used Zeppas to install roughly 3,000 sqft of artificial turf at our private airbnb complex. The finished product turned out great and really makes the space pop! We had a few requests for them to come back and address a couple small spots which they did without a problem. Would definitely use on our next commercial job!

Used Zeppa’s to halt a fungus that was tearing up my yard, aerate and seed areas that had died under an alternate yard service. Antonio and his team know their business, care about delivering a great product and are very responsive. Yard has made substantial improvement over the last month since going with Zeppa’s.
