Rita has demonstrated the upmost in professionalism. She has done everything that she said she would do and in a timely manner! She's always been there when I needed something. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Huntington Pacific and I will cherish all the great memories that I've made here. My wife and I will be back but ONLY if we can deal with Sailable Real Estate and Rita!

Worst real estate agent ever!! She is a scammer!!! Watch your money!!! Do not use this woman as your agent, do not rent from her!
We moved in to 4553 middlebury Cir cypress ca 90630 in 2018. A month after moving in we got an email from Rita Spira telling my husband to use a different bank account. My husband being the honest person he is went and put the money into the account. Two days later Rita Spira claims that she didn't get the money. After filing police reports and tracking down the money her business email got hacked.
So we paid 6k to move in, then got scammed 3k then she forced

I always have been so nice and polite with this lady Rita Spira.
My family and I, my husband and my two kids, 5 and 12 now, we had a really bad experiences with her, renting a vacation house for some years!
Always so unkind with us and so roude, specially with the kids!
Never had my deposit back, she is a really money hunger!
Don't even loose your time with her to say hello Rita, she will never answer you back!
Also some friends had problems with her having the deposit back!
