My name is Jaime Nicole and I'm a Licensed Esthetician, Advanced Certified Lash Artist & UK Lash Educator, and in the beauty industry since 2012.
I found my passion for self-care and beauty as a young girl experimenting with makeup. Since 2014, my passion has been in providing my clients with a look and experience that highlights their natural beauty. In that time I've grown my business from the ground up, which now spans from Portland to Los Angeles. I want to share that experience and expertise with you. In 2014, I took the bold step of starting down a new career path.
Your appointments are very important to us, and as a courtesy, we contact our clients to confirm appointments. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and we ask that you please provide 24 HOURS NOTICE if you will be unable to make it to your appointment. We understand that schedules change unexpectedly and will do what we can to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.

I started seeing Jamie on a recommendation from a friend who always has the BEST lash extensions around. I was telling my friend that I was looking into brow lamination & wasn't sure if there was anyone in the area who did it. Low & behold, she mentioned Jamie was starting to do it & that I should see her. I jumped at the chance and was so glad I did! I'm so glad I discovered "Fluttery Lash Design." I love getting my lashes done by Jaime! She not only does amazing work and makes my lashes look exactly how I want them to each time, but she is also such a genuinely awesome and kindhearted person. You can tell she truly enjoys her work and takes pride in it, and she's just a rad person to talk to. The 2 hours fly by, and once over, you leave with beautiful looking lashes and a good conversation.

This review should have been done soooo long ago.. Hoping this review leads to many of you avoiding a bad lash experience because that's the worst! I'm just saying, if you know better you'll do better.

I've been getting my lashes done by Jaime for a couples months now and I have to say she is simply the best! She makes the whole lash experience a breeze, I genuinely enjoy my time. Her work space is very clean, and most importantly she is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to lashes. All in all she makes me feel fabulous!

I've been getting lash extensions for months, previously going to wink but was never satisfied with the results. Jaime BLEW ME AWAY, and she is definitely now my go-to. It had been a month since my last fill so she was pretty much working with nothing (see first pic) and she was completely able to transform my lashes. I'm so happy with the results. Jaime Hazerian at Fluttery Lash Design, was amazing probably the best conversation and quality work! And she was very opening to questions and was well knowledgeable! Which is always great when you are spending a large sum on money for a short investment. I received the hybrid lashes and I really loved how they turned out. Jaime has the most exceptional customer service. I contacted her about coming to her after having poor retention with my current eyelash extension (for reference I've been getting extensions for 2 years). I saw Jaime on Yelp and was AMAZED by her work, I mean what she does is beyond incredible. After I booked my appointment she texted me all the details, and basically had a mini consult with me and made me feel such relief. At my first visit she was incredibly warm & welcoming and I immediately knew I made the right decision.
She did a fill (from someone else's work) and then recommended a complete removal and new set at the next visit. She also gave me a goodie bag with lots of fun little surprises and a coffee mug I actually use in the morning :) Not to mention, provided the most thorough education I've received to date on how to take care of my natural lashes

Jamie was fantastic.She came to her office even after closing to remove lashes done by someone else. They were put on wrong and caused extreme irritation and damage. Jamie was quick, knew what she was doing and was glad to help. She is amazing and I would trust her wiith new lashes after they heal. Thank you Jamie.

Jaime has only been with us in Portland for a year now but we're so lucky to have her. I've switched lash places 4 times now and she is the best I've been to. She gives me exactly what I'm looking for every time, plus she's the best conversationalist when you'd like someone to chat with but also respects when you'd rather just nap and wake up beautiful. The lashes that she uses are so light but make a huge impact. Again, I'm so glad I found her!

Got my lashes done about 2 weeks ago and they still look great. I've had them done by a different salon before and my eyes burned when I opened them but when I got them done at fluttery by Jamie my eyes didn't water or burn at all. I can't feel them at all either. Love my lashes :) and Jaime also gives you lots of useful after care stuff to take home!

I am not a make up girl and I love to workout so I was originally nervous about getting lashes because I didn't know if they would last or be worth it--but Jaime is beyond amazing with volume and so generous with her time --I did what Jaime suggested in terms of lash care, etc and my lashes lasted for 3-4 weeks each visit without changing my workout habits, lifestyle, etc.

Jaime took care of my lashes for about 3 years. She's terrific. Some lash artists charge by the hour. Jaime takes as long as necessary to make sure your lashes look terrific each time. I remember going for an eye exam shortly after a fill and my doctor commenting on how natural my lashes looked. I really appreciated that even after doing lashes for a couple of years she still continued to train with other experts to learn new techniques and be certified for additional products.
I would recommend Jaime to anyone who wants beautiful lashes without worrying about bad reactions!

Jaime is pretty amazing. I know there are a lot of places that do eyelash extensions and it's really competitive. I am a gal of opportunity so I will occasionally stray from her (especially when I forget to budget for it), but I find myself coming back to her every single time. If money weren't an issue, I would choose Jaime hands down. She is a bit on the pricey side, but she is so worth it. She is so open-minded and doesn't just do the normal black lashes; she uses color lashes, ombré lashes, sparkling lashes-you name it, she probably has it. Every time she's done with me
