3fold lacks integrity, their product is low-quality, projects do not get done in time, they don’t listen, they value relationships over quality of work, management disappears once the contract is signed, they do not appreciate diversity or value other cultures, they can’t hold on to employees and they fire staff that don’t conform to their dominant, white culture of privilege.
But you do get what you pay for. They are good for the price and they nurture mediocrity, so the product will be just good enough, which is what they strive for. 3fold lacks the discipline and management direction
