This company was amazing, other than having great inflatables to choose from, the service was brilliant and they made the experience so easy. We called on Saturday late afternoon, booked over the phone and then picked up the castle on Sunday at 8am…. the instructions they gave made the pick up option so easy. competitive all in price as well… we will be back!

I have used Bouncy Bouncy Inflatables for years and they never disappoint. Recently I rented a massive combo slide, 30 chairs, popcorn & cotton candy machines for a large client appreciation party at my home. Everything arrived on time and in perfect working order. We have used Bouncy Bouncy multiple times and have had great service and an easy experience every time. The last time we ordered the bounce house and it was delivered a day early. (Which is great!) The next morning before the party it would not turn back on. I called and they had someone over within 30 minutes and it was fixed no problem.

Our first bounce house rental experience but it was beyond easy. We set it up over the phone in advance of our party date. We chose the pickup option. My husband picked up and was assisted both in pick up/drop off for loading and unloading it. It was pretty simple to set up and take down abs was the hit of the party!

I had been looking for a company near me (mesa/chandler) for my birthday. I am thankful I chose Bouncy Bouncy Inflatables. Communicated well, Early delivery and Professional.
I was not sure the day or slide I wanted. I spoke with a few people and all were incredibly nice! You could definitely feel the family owned "care" in their voice. All took the time to ensure my questions were answered.
Surprised! I asked for an 11am drop off and to my excitement it was dropped off early.

I just needed some chairs for a small party. I had trouble finding a party rental place that wanted to rent just 20 folding chairs. Bouncy Bouncy Inflatables did just that without a problem. It was a very quick transaction which is what I needed with all the stress of throwing a party. I would highly recommend them in any party situation. I will definitely use them again. Great company who actually answers the phone AND email instead of not doing so and then is personable, attentive, and reasonable.
I rented a bouncy for a church event. They were on time at the start and end and we had zero issues from start to finish. When we had to reschedule due to weather they were accommodating and they were able to help me choose an appropriate product for our event.
Will def use them again.

I called on Sunday morning after the original company I had reserved a waterside canceled less than 3 hours before my son's birthday party. Chris answered immediately and apologetically advised he did not have anything available. He went above and beyond by providing me with other company names that he knows. This is a sign of true professionalism. I wasn't able to use them for this party but I will keep this number because he helped save my son's party. This is what America is really about and proof that people do care. Thank you Chris!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only did they make it easy to reserve a bounce house for my granddaughters birthday party but the price was unbeatable by all valley competitors. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. I chose to pick up and drop off and it was super easy. I honestly can't say one single negative thing about the company! This is the only company I've had zero issues with when renting bounce houses. I've rented from several over the years. This will be my go to from now on. My 4th grade team of teachers and I rented a cotton candy machine for our students. We are officially the teachers of the year! The students loved it and were in cotton candy heaven! Bouncy Bounce Inflatable's allowed us to pick up the machine the day before and drop it off the next day after school. They made sure we knew how to operate it and had all supplies. We didn't have to clean it which was nice. Easy, fun, and done!!! We will rent from them again.
