This was the second time using Drain Bears. The first time was last year for main water line, this time was to repipe the entire house. They are quick to respond & get the job done right. Excellent plumbers! Highly recommended! Drain bears did a great job of unclogging my drain. Plumber was timely, polite, and professional. Pricing was fair and the plumber cleaned up after himself. The equipment was modern as is the scheduling and billing system. Plumber wore a mask and shoe covers without me asking. I've had two plumbers come during covid for other tasks and drain bears is by far the most professional and the only plumber I've used so far that respected covid precautions.

The service guy came over very professional and he fixed it so quickly and the bill was even cheaper than what the estimate was once he got in there he saw he didn't have to do as much to stop the water leaking as he thought and the bill was cheaper and it's great it's not leaking anymore it's under a year warranty there's no water leaking from the hose in the wall then he thought he was going to have to drill a hole in the wall and he didn't when he saw that he didn't need to do that so it was perfect less money and not any drilling I will call them again.

We recently had a water heater replaced by Drain Bears. The technician was Stoy. He was very informative and polite and he did a great job. We had 5 Star send a tech previously who was rude and just lit the pilot light which went out. He said we would have hot water in an hour and that didn't happen. They informed the property manager that they fixed it and they weren't coming back. There is a huge difference between the two companies and how they do business. We are happy to have hot water again and give Drain Bears a 5 star rating.

I had an emergency plumbing situation late in the evening at a time when I had just received guests to my house. The toilet backed up on my guest which was not a pleasant situation. I have a second toilet that also backed up so I knew I had an emergency problem. I googled plumbers and found Drain Bears. I went with them because they offered 24 hour service. Recently I decided to invest in a water softener system for my house and also a brand new washer and dryer. I contacted Drain Bears and I have to admit, they did an excellent job.
