Dustin Whittenburg earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law in 2003, and a LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2006. In addition, he was awarded the Dean's Scholarship, as well as serving as an articles editor of the SMU Law Review Association.

We had been dealing unsuccessfully with the IRS for 2 years. I finally had had enough when the IRS withheld our refund for money that we did not owe. I thought about calling one of the nationally-advertised companies, but I called Mr. Whittenburg. He spoke to me directly and gave me some advice over the phone, during the first few weeks of the Covid shutdown. I followed his advice and, yesterday, we received a check from the IRS for the full amount they withheld!! I highly recommend Mr. Whittenburg.
