The former name was changed to emerisa gardens, which comes from Muchtar's parents, Emerson and Marisa. At that time Muchtar, Rohana, three of their children, Muchtar's brother and a crew of non-family employees all worked there.
Muchtar's goal was to have a business where his family could work together and to create an environment in which all people could be treated with respect, honesty and support; or in his own words, Yes, we all know we work to earn a living but our business is not just about that.Equally important is the concept that our nursery is a place where we need to learn how to work in harmony with each other.

Bulbous Perennial: Produces edible flowers & leaves. The leaves get a bitter taste once the plant flowers, so remove flower buds for best flavoring. Use leaves as seasoning-fresh or dried. Good plant for the rock garden as well. Bloom color: lavender. Height: 12. Exposure: sun/part shade. Perennial Herb: Flat leaves have mild garlic flavor; they can be used in the same way as chives and are excellent in salads, stews, fish, egg or meat dishes.

This tasty variety produces heads that are 3-5 in diameter & have wonderfully thick, flavorful hearts. With thick, fleshy scales & solid center, the flower heads should be harvested when they are young. It needs a fairly long, mild growing season, or you may grow it as an annual. This variety does well in most areas.

                                                                                        Report

This is a very healthy rose with an old fashioned look. The antique-styled blooms are cupped and carry apricot tones with a strong, spicy fragrance and a petal count of 30. Has a bushy growth habit of 3-5 feet with disease resistant, medium green foliage. Vigorous, yet contained growth. Produces 4-6 bi-colored blooms that are a lighter golden-orange on the inside with a distinct darker bronzy-red outside.
