A dental implant is a tooth replacement option that can be used to replace one or more missing teeth. It is taken care of with regular brushing and flossing and can bring confidence back to your smile. If there is not enough bone to support a dental implant, a bone graft be placed to help new bone grow before the post is inserted.
Wisdom teeth, also called third molars, are the last teeth to develop and appear in the mouth around the age of 17. People can have between one and four, more than four, or none at all. In general, wisdom teeth removal procedures are quick and easy. If you undergo IV sedation for this procedure, you will need a responsible adult to drive you home after the surgery.
Dental implants can replace broken, failing, or missing teeth and is one of the most desirable tooth restoration treatments that offer functional, natural-looking teeth. It is recommended to have wisdom teeth removed in the mid to late teen years to avoid a number of future oral health complications.

I was referred by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth extracted and a fibroma removed. First, the front desk staff is friendly and good at what they do. The nurses are friendly and make sure everything runs efficiently. Dr. Koshgerian was not only friendly he made sure I understood exactly what would happen and answered any and all my questions without sugar coating but also didn't freak me out. The surgery went well and the staff made sure I was as comfortable as possible. After the surgery, Dr. K followed up personally. A week later and healing was rough. Normally they do a two week follow up

There are several reasons this business deserves a five star review. This was my third implant done by Dr Koshgerian. Obviously I like his work. The office staff and dental assistants are friendly and professional. On every appointment and follow up, I have been seen within minutes of my scheduled appt time. My first and third implants were done using Nitrous and local numbing. The second implant was done using General Anesthesia (GA). GA is definitely the easiest and most pain free way to have an implant. The fact that Dr Koshgerian is also a licensed MD makes using GA a very safe sedation option

I came to Dr. Koshgerian to have my wisdom teeth removed after being stubborn and delaying the procedure for years. The clinic had many perfect reviews so I figure that’s a good start for trusting someone with your health, especially since there are a lot of providers out there. Dr. Koshgerian and his staff were so kind and helpful for the whole process, and he did an amazing job with my extraction. 2 weeks out from two bottom wisdom teeth surgery, so far so good. I had my consultation with Dr. Shelton and he was nice and funny. I appreciated his easy going demeanor since I was nervous. Very clear pre and post-op instructions if you read all of it! Dr. K ended up performing the surgery. I went in and came out in less than an hour and wasn’t as loopy as I thought I’d be. I healed up fine and am back to eating normally now. I was really worried about dry sockets and even called after my 4th day to be sure because I was a bit ambitious with eating real food. I’m happy with my experience

I got my last wisdom tooth removed here and I really recommend this place. The staff is very sweet and friendly, mostly women too which instantly made me more comfortable. The process of setting up my surgery was well explained and I was given all the details. I don’t remember much of the day of the procedure (loopy gas) but from what I remember I was walked out to my car and was given a blanket to keep me warm during the procedure :). In my post-op appointment I wore earrings I made with teeth from when I was a kid and everyone loved them!! They even asked if they could take a picture of them

At first I was really nervous from hearing all these horror stories about getting their wisdom teeth removed, but this place definitely made me change my mind, from the start of the surgery to the recovery everything went perfectly, would recommend anybody that needs to get their wisdom teeth removed here. I was in a lot of pain because of my wisdom teeth and I couldn’t wait any longer to get them out. Fortunately I was able to schedule a consultation within a week. All the staff was super nice and very understanding, as was Dr. Koshgerian. The consultation was very straightforward and I left with no questions knowing exactly what to expect. I've had the misfortune of being 40 and having needed few implants. I cannot express to you how easy and pain free my experience was with Doctor Shelton and his Oral Surgery Specialist Team. The team was very friendly the entire way through and actually made the experience as pleasant as getting implants could possibly be. On a personal level, Doctor Shelton has a fun personality and I enjoyed meeting and joking with him. I would highly recommend them!
