What will happen to your family or loved ones upon your death? A plan for your family after your death is essential. Once a person dies, probate is not always necessary. Small estates may be handled through an affidavit process or through a simplified probate process. Additionally, through trusts and other means, probate avoidance may be possible. However, some formal estate administration must be done on occasion.

I haven't worked with Steve myself, but I know if I need someone I can come to him. I work down the hall from him and I've come in as a witness to signings before and I hear the way he talks about cases (without names or details, of course, more like "I have this case today and I'm hoping I can get my client what they deserve" kind of deal). He's very cautious and very thorough and he really cares about the people he works with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Steve was great to work with, and he provided excellent service for me. Also, his fees were much more fair and reasonable than other estimates I had been given. A very good attorney who understood my situation and how to deal with it appropriately and get the results we needed without a long drawn out expensive involvement.
