May Trucking Company calculates the miles driven through a Program Called Road McNally ZIP Code to ZIP Code. Meaning if the address to address is 821 miles but from zip code to zip code is 782 miles you lose out on miles driven when loaded. The first month of 2022 I did not get compensated for over 400 miles driven when loaded. MTC chooses not to pay hub miles or all miles paid. Which is making the CEO and its investors way more money. I calculated that I am losing $200 right out of my pocket. It’s a great first company if you’re a very new driver or if you need a second chance. I definitely

They cut my pay to minimum wage at a fast food restaurant after 2 years working here sanders can't tell me why I do 500 mile minimum every day they also force day cab runs on a otr driver and complain you are underperforming if you think with common sense this is not the place for you

Your driver cut me off in loves truck stop.is that how train ur drivers.then gets out and calls me names.and I mean not the good kind.he finally took off crying all way out.u need to do more drug testing on ur drivers.i know it's hard to find good drivers.im not faulting the company.no harm was done.thks

I've been a truck driver for over 10 years, driven for several other companies, and have known many drivers that did as well. I've been with May for several years, and they're the best trucking company I've ever worked for. No other company has treated me as well as May. It helps a lot that I have a driver manager that knows her stuff and actually cares about my health and we'll being. She's the first DM that ever told me, "your health is more important than any load." She's also really great at getting me home on time.
