Our upscale studio offers a relaxing and comfortable experience in an extremely clean and sterile environment. My husband called and asked if they did walk-ins, they said to ask for Jana (probably spelled wrong). I came in and she asked what I wanted and I gave her a brief description. It wasn't big, black line work. She said come back in 2hrs she had a client coming in and their tat would take about that time frame. My husband and i putzed around there for 2hrs waiting. I came back and she asked again, i showed her some pictures of what it was i wanted, and she says that it was more of an appointment tattoo. That she couldn't do what i wanted as a walk-in. Needless to say my husband and I were a bit annoyed

I went here for piercings this time around. Torrie was very professional and seemed extremely knowledgeable. She also gave great aftercare. I became dizzy after my septum piercing and she offered me water and a cold towel while I lied down. Then she made sure I was good to walk before releasing me. This location practices social distancing: limiting amount of people in the room at one time; and mask wear for both the staff and the clients. The place is also very clean. The receptionist was professional and helpful. Would recommend.

My little brother passed away a little over a month ago. I came into this shop last Friday to discuss a memorial piece I wanted to do for him. I met with Mafi and showed him pictures of my brothers favorite fishing pole. He turned this piece into something so much more than I could have ever imagined. He was extremely professional and completely went above and beyond my expectations. The shop is really clean and has a really nice set up. I will recommend this place 100 times over!
