I found that there was a hiccup with my policy so I call and spoke with rep Lena. I explained to her my concerns. At first we couldn’t find the problem but after searching and digging she got to the bottom of the problem which didn’t come easy. Not only did she get a solution she even saved me a few extra dollars( and who doesn’t like to save). Lena is very kind and respectful which goes a long way when dealing with customers. I hope Gwen Chandler State Farm realize that Lena is a asset to their company because if you ask me Lena is 6 pack of awesomeness.

I typically deal with Marcia and every time I speak with her, it’s always a pleasant experience. She’s very knowledgeable about the information and policy’s that StateFarm offers. I’ve never had a bad experience with these guys. I work in costumer service and I’m very critical on how people treat me. So, if you’re looking for great customer service, knowledgeable people and a great experience, definitely give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Coming from Louisiana, I had reservations about switching to Texas. This agency made it easy and swift for me!! And might I include painless!!! I can’t even express how professional this office is, especially Marcia Baptiste to be specific. I wasn’t sure which policy I should have and she broke down everything for me. She didn’t make me feel like these were things I should know. She was very informative and I felt educated and confident in the policy I chose for my family. Kudos!
