Deciding on who to trust with your oral health can be a big decision. An individual's oral health is not solely limited to his or her mouth, but actually affects overall health as well. Most patients automatically think of going to their local dentist when dealing with mouth issues, but often their mouths need the specialized care of a periodontist.
This was a very special case we had the opportunity to work on. This patient was missing his two lateral incisors since birth. Instead of seeking the dental work needed, he wore two removal plastic teeth to hide his missing teeth for over 20 years! He was too scared to visit the dentist because of a previous traumatic experience and instead lived in fear and discomfort for twenty years.

I strongly recommend going to Dr. Aalam. He extracted all four of my wisdom teeth, and on one tooth, the roots were very close to the nerve in my jaw. He explained the situation while showing me the x-ray and then articulated how he would handle the extraction process to avoid damaging the nerve and causing me pain. The procedure and my recovery went well. Dr Aalam made me feel comfortable throughout the process and followed up with me the over the next few days to check in on my recovery. Great service!

Dr Aalam is a great doctor. He's diligent, he's a perfectionist, and he's exactly the kind of person you need on your side when going through such a major procedure. His staff is also very courteous and kind. This is the first time in my life that I don't feel awful before my dentist visit. They're great! I highly recommend this team.

I was referred to the Center for Advanced Periodontal & Implant Therapy by my dentist. I recently had the RejuvaGum Lift procedure to address my gum recession issues. It was an excellent experience. I had been dealing with gum recession for the last 10 years. It got to the point where I needed to do something to preserve my gum health. I found Dr. Aalam through a referral from my dentist and had a consultation. He recommended the rejuvagum treatment along with a graft for some of the more severe recession. Dr. Krivitsky was awesome. She made sure I knew the plan going into my gum recession procedure, did a great job and cleaned everything up well. There was guidance provided on how to care for my gums in the recovery period and I healed much more quickly than I expected. The office staff was really nice and made costs clear beforehand, and the office was always really clean/sanitary/comfortable. Would recommend!

Dr. Aalam and his staff are professional and do amazing work. From the first appointment to every follow up they are courteous and efficient. I have never waited in the waiting room more than 5 minutes and never waited more than 2 minutes for the doctor. The procedure was easy and healing was quick. Dr. Aalam does exceptional work! I think I show everyone my new gums as they look awesome. I would recommend the doctor and the procedure to anyone with receding gums. Totally worth the money and a better long term fix then just the traditional methods.
