Jenny Netzer has been TCAM's Chief Executive Officer since the Company's inception. Ms. Netzer is responsible for setting direction for TCAM and working with clients to tailor services to meet their needs. Prior to joining TCAM, Ms. Netzer spent 21 years in the affordable housing and the renewable energy industries with MMA Financial and its predecessor organizations, Lend Lease Housing and Community Investing and Boston Financial.
TCAM has helped dozens of clients manage their exposures, improve their positions, and complete transactions. Our team extends the reach and supplements the expertise of the clients' internal staffs. The services provided are tailored to each client's particular needs, and to the nature of its portfolio of assets.
They have eliminated our need to hire in-house staff which provides us with flexibility and scalability as our portfolio changes. Their reporting and database capabilities through Integratec shortened our ramp up time and we had state of the industry analysis and reporting on Day 1.

As we use several third-party management companies to manage our properties, TCAM is able to homogenize and consolidate management level reports into consistent reporting packages.TCAM was once again instrumental in the preparation of our most recent senior management presentation. They provided their immediate attention and resources to it as they do with every other request that we make.

Unfortunately, DHCD re-assigned my HPAP loan to this company during the summer in 2020. My first payment was due on 07/01 which I paid on time. I subsequently paid my monthly payments on the following dates: 08/05, 09/01, 10/05. Since August the monthly bill states that I am 30 days late. How is is possible if I just paid the first month? So, I called them on August and they said there was a billing error and it will be resolved on September's bill. As you can imagine, It happened again in September, so I called again and they said that it was fixed. October is here, same issue and they charged
