The people that answer the phone are very nice they just do not know what they’re talking about. They tell you you have to come in and see what we can do for you I know what I need I need them to order it and install it they cannot give me no pricing over the phone cannot give me a delivery date if they know anything about truckers we are all about time I’m pretty sure it’s a good place I just would not call them it’s one of those places you have to go in and speak to somebody that knows what they’re talking about

I believe was george and sergio. the people that take care my service went iwas there .
They repair 3 of my trucks all different projects so far so good.
They were very busy at that moment but they leasing to my needs.

I didn’t catch his name, but last night one of the employees from here helped me out so much! My battery died and I was stranded. He came to me, jumped my car, and helped me replace the battery. He went above and beyond to help me out and I have never been so grateful! If everyone who works here is as caring and helpful as him, you’re in great hands!!!

I was very happy with the service I received at Lone Star. Sergio and his team did a first rate repair job on my truck box. It literally is better than before the damage. I am impressed. All I had to do was drop my box truck with Sergio and he took care of everything including working with my insurance company to fix it correctly. Thank you Sergio!
