Dr. Vong first became interested in dentistry because his father was a dental lab technician. In fact, he'll probably be making an appearance in the office from time to time to collaborate with Dr. Vong on denture cases! After earning his Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering at UC Davis, Dr. Vong went on to complete his dental degree at the University of Southern California.

Had a great dental experience, went in for a new patient exam and cleaning and found some cavaties that I'm pretty sure my old dentist didn't, find because the Dr used this pen to scan my teeth. I was able to get them filled the same day( thank god) as I'm a busy mother who works full time and does after school activities with my daughter. The music was a nice added touch;)

Literally the worst nightmare. I never write Yelp reviews because there has never been a need to but this place needs to be shut down. The staff are incapable of doing their job. The doctor said I had 4 cavities but other dental places said I have none. My gums bled so much. The pain was intolerable. Do not come here and waste your time. Very sketchy people.

I went there late 2019 when I just moved to Roseville. I am glad I went for a second opinion. Or third opinion. One dentis told me their X-ray quality is not as good quality as many places. Not sure how truth is that.
I went through 3 dentists already. Those good dentist just retired after I see them for one or two times. I only have two cavities total to this day. I am still wondering where did my 6 cavities came from when they told me.

I've seen several reviews just like mine, sandwiched in between good reviews. Joining the group of people who are much worse off for being treated here! READ THE MANY 1 STAR YELP REVIEWS! Like others, had an extraction and what followed was 3 weeks of excruciating, unrelenting pain that could not be relieved. I've had extractions before and never had that kind of misery. I came in with severe pain, had to pay for an appointment and at the end... they gave me a dental plan that would have maxed out my insurance for a year and *didn't fix my problem*.
They actually expected that I'd live my life in severe pain for over a year while they did unnecessary work. This says (loudly) that "we don't care about our patient's well being".
Additionally, they do not prescribe anything after dental operations. They told me to take a mix of Tylenol and ibuprofen, and after a few days of that I was in the emergency room with uncontrollable vomiting

They charged me $400 for the services that I didn't get because I canceled the appointment. because they told me I needed seven more fillings whereas I'm not complaining about my teeth.
when I called the office the manager was mean and said she didn't have 3 hours to to talk to me. Made me feel like a fool.
now I don't have enough money in my dental plan to get services
at another dental office.

Do not go!!! They will send you to collection on service that was never done. Tina the office management is terrible with her bookkeeping. Went in 2017 for cleaning and filling. Paid all deductible in full. Went back in 2018 for cleaning. Dentist insurance was bill for service that was never perform. 2019 they sent me to collection supposedly for service that was not paid in 2017. I sent multiple emails no response. Call today and spoke to Tina. Question her on the lack of correspondence via email. Question her on the collection charge. Question her if the outstanding bill is accurate.. why now

These guys are a bunch of crooks. They did deep root planing in my 91 year old mother that wasn't needed. Also said she needed a bunch of dental work which when I took her to my my dentist, he said absolutely not. They also billed her insurance for a panoramic X-ray that they didn't do. The first visit was initially just a consultation with X-rays done then the dentist came in and asked what I would like to see done to my teeth... um, he's the dentist, he should tell me what needs to be done. I'm thinking he was suggesting cosmetic procedures like teeth straightening or whitening, but as far as cavities how would I know?
At my first visit no cleaning was done but they said they could start on the deep cleaning that very same day because they had a cancellation appointment

I cannot recommend this place. I went for a simple teeth cleaning and checkup. They definitely put the hard sell in and tried to get me to take action on a mouth full of cavities that I was told needed immediate action (imagine my surprise since I've never had a cavity). After a second opinion from another dentist, I was told that, like everyone I did have a few spots to keep an eye on, but nothing that required action. Also tried to charge me for fluoride, which my insurance declined to pay for and another dentist told me is not recommended for adults as teeth are much harder/less porous

I went here for a cleaning and was told I had 5 cavities due to some weird, beeping machine saying so. I've never had this many cavities at once and I brush twice a day and floss daily. I asked that they fill them that day so I could get it over with. The lady numbing me was not good. This DDS makes up perio charting numbers (gum pocket measurements) in order to bill your insurance and you for unnecessary deep cleanings. He drills into teeth for sealants (not necessary) and in my personal opinion, does shotty work. Please seek treatment at a better establishment. There are plenty in Roseville! - experienced RDH

I visited Dr Vong for an extraction and stay plate (one tooth denture). After the extraction, I experienced significant pain and a dry socket. Dr. Vong would not provide treatment and as a result I was forced to obtain proper treatment from another dentist at a cost of $300.
The stay plate he made for me fitted poorly to the point where I could not wear it. He would not adjust it, so again I was forced to see another dentist and buy another stay plate at a cost of $500.

The office was clean. The staff was efficient. The service was prompt and thorough. The office has the most modern dental equipment I have ever seen. Dr. Vang is a graduate of USC dental and has a BS in biochemical engineering. During the exam, he was was very thorough. His manner was reassuring and professional. We discussed his recommendations and I discovered that his prices similar to or below other dentists. I feel confident in recommending Dr. Vang and his office and plan to make him my regular

Very very disappointed with the business. Was seen here July of last year and was told to come in 1 a year. Call and find out that I am no longer a patient and was never notified and will now not accept my insurance.

Dr. Vong and his team at Roseville Dental Center were great! My gums bled and I found out that they were infected. Dr. Vong and his assistant were so gentle during treatment I did not even need any shots! Plus, their fees were very reasonable compared to other places I have been. Highly recommend!
