Came in today to see if I could have one of there technicians pull a BMW specific code with there code reader just to tell me what the code was not to diagnose or do anything else but take 30 sec to read the code and tell me what it is. They told me that they would have to charge me $165 diagnostic fee just to read the code and tell me what it is. I went to Oreilly first but there code readers don’t read BMW specific codes. Blows my mind that they were not willing to take 30 sec out of there day just to read a code and tell me what it is. That’s it. Glad I didn’t actually need any work done

This was our first time taking our BMW for service somewhere other than the dealer and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The quote was quite a bit less than the dealer to replace our brakes so we thought we would give them a shot. They were able to get us in quick and did a great job and under the quoted price. We'll be taking our car there again for future work for sure.

We have been bringing our card to Castle Rock Imports for the last 4 years since moving to town. With each cross country road trip, they make sure our vehicle is safe and in proper working order. We have been bringing our Mini Cooper to Castle Rock Imports for many years…and they still amaze us with their service! When we arrived, Josh quickly came out to diagnosis the issue, within minutes of our arrival. We were expecting to have to pay over $1600 for a major repair…they called and said they were able to repair without an unneeded expense and walked out with a $400 repair! Not only that, we finally had our first snowfall and we had our 76 year old mom with us and they rushed out to help her up the curb walking in and out of their building! ❤️ They are truly the best! Top notch from beginning to end! The guy that gave me a ride to work when I dropped my car off made the ride very comfortable. He was very personable, no awkward silence while receiving a ride. And they were so honest! What was thought to be a $1200 job ended up to be just a leaky hose. They fixed it, contacted me right away and gave me a great deal. Friendly and respectful!!!! 5+ stars!!!

Tim and Josh are extremely knowledgeable, nice, honest, and fair. I was referred from a hybrid specialist in Denver to go to Castle Rock Imports since I live South of Denver. It’s all been preventive maintenance. I’ve been going to them for years and it’s been nothing but a pleasure to do business here. Plus there is the cutest, best behaved door greater (furr kid).
