This company is completely incapable of the most basic security concepts. The fact that they have any positive reviews is absolutely beyond me. They will sell you a solution but their ability to implement it is so far below what anyone would expect. The owner Jay is so far disconnected from reality it is ridiculous. I tried to use them for my security needs, but honestly I wouldn't even trust them to program an alarm clock.

We have been using Strategic Security at our facilities in Edenton NC for almost two years now. They have always been helpful and on time. I even contacted Andrew which is one of their project managers on Sunday June 17th which is also fathers day and he responded within thirty minutes. You cant get better service than that.
